Dear Ones, be not afraid of this week, for it will be unto you something that will cause you to fear at first, and in the end of it to rejoice!

There is in this week the need to be quiet and to listen. For, there are messages all around you, and for you to listen and be in quietness is a goodness.

Children, to bring yourselves to these times and understand that there is a lot going on that is important to hear, and still know there is plenty of room to feel playful. And the suggestion
is that when this whim hits you, follow it!

There is in this week much to do, and to be ones to keep organized is a goodness. For, it will not take much to become disorganized and tired. To avoid this, be sure to get your
sleep, and if it is tossing and turning, take a nap in the afternoon. An hour's rest or meditation will restore you well and be can be very worth while.

Be ones to know that the week will go very fast. And if you are ready in the early mornings to tackle your day, all will be well and you can get a lot done. If you delay, or do not
organize, this week can leave you behind in a lot that is important for you to accomplish.

Tues., January 24

Dearest Children, be ones to know that everything is a bit tumbled. But you need not be disappointed by this day if you just keep moving! Do not look back, but move ahead in your
projects. You can always go back and correct these things tomorrow when the energies are more cooperative.

Leave those things alone that do not have to be done today. Tomorrow's energies are for "cleaning up things," and this will work well for you.

Wed., January 25

Dear Ones, hold the line on becoming too involved with projects that are not yours directly to do. Use today to complete those things that were left undone yesterday.

If you begin early in the morning, today should see you done and pleased with your performance at the end of the day.

Avoid those who would waste your time with "little things" that do not matter! Stay concentrated, and you will find this a rewarding day.

Thurs., January 26

Children of the Light, have a good day and allow yourselves to relax. There is still much to be done, but this day is one to "hang out," and do the best you can. You have worked hard,
so far this week, to stay ahead of everything that you need to accomplish. This day is one to relax a little. You can finish up when tomorrow comes.

Take time to organize, but leave the "tough stuff" for tomorrow, and take yourselves to a movie or something with a good friend or a Loved One!

Fri., January 27

Children, you are ones to know that this week has been one to be very challenging. This is a day "made in heaven" to finish up stalled projects and details. So, lend your best
efforts to this day, and finish up anything that is lagging and needs to be done. Go slowly and methodically and all will be well.

Sat., January 28

Dear Ones be assured this day will not be one to take you away from doing those things you are aware need to be done. There are those projects that you have been putting off to consider.

Take a look, and choose wisely! Two or three of these "backed up projects" can be done easily, and leave you with plenty of time in the afternoon to engage in your favorite past time.
Enjoy! You have the opportunity to relax and play.

Sun., January 29

Children, be ones to seek the company of those who, like you, are concerned about tomorrow. Seek these out to drink coffee or hot tea, and discuss possibilities for the future!

Choose those friends who are looking for answers, not ones who just complain. Stretching your brain in a discussion such as this will bid well for you. Cleaning out the "cob webs" today
is a good way to begin the new week, where being very aware will serve everybody well!

Mon., January 31

Dear Ones, be very careful to state exactly what you want, and what you mean to say. There are many opportunities for misunderstandings. Be sure you are careful not to get into some kind of irritation that has very little basis for being a point of contention.

The easiest way to avoid this confrontation situation is to be very quiet about what you say. It is not that you cannot voice an opinion, just stay away from contentious comments!
